Last November 12-14, 2018, the Personnel of the Schools Division Office of City of Alaminos from the three functional Divisions and Units, with the initiative and support of Dr. Danilo C. Sison, CESO V, the committed Schools Division Superintendent, have undergone the third stage for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Certification.
The Stage 3 for the ISO Certification is a three-day training, which greatly benefited and educated all the Division Personnel on Risk Assessment for Quality Management System (QMS) and Practice of Good Housekeeping.
Mrs. Mae Ann O. Evangelista, together with Miss Dianica Esturas and Miss Christine Mae Tugano, the very capable Junior Auditors from the AQM Management Consultancy Services, served as the Resource Speakers for the said training. Moreover, after the short program on the first day of the training, the Resource Speakers facilitated a session as regards strategies on how to assess risks and opportunities in relation to QMS. The Resource Speakers also went around the Division Office and took pictures of each offices before the housekeeping process.
The participants to this stage are the Heads of the functional Divisions and Units, including the Quality Management Representative, Overall Document Controller, members of the Internal Auditors, Document Controllers, Process Owners and members of the Continuous Improvement Group.
The second day was spent for the creation of Risk Register from each unit. Meanwhile, the third day was spent for housekeeping, where all Personnel were enjoined to do the 5S-Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain.
